Thanks to all of you who turned up for both our special sessions we ran between the Christmas and the New year, our first on the Wednesday, was run by Richard San who gave an insight in to the interconnection between the martial arts of Sword, Aikido and Karate. The class moved from learning sword drills to then using the same power principles and focus of the sword to enable them to defend themselves unarmed against multiple attackers, a fascinating twist to the normal physical lessons we run.

Thursday was one of our lectures on the philosophy of warriorship and the combat mindset that may be of benefit to us in everyday life. Both Tim San and Richard San ran that one, and the subject was on ‘the ten Principles of decision making’. A fascinating discussion took place afterwards which everyone enjoyed, we are looking forward to running more of these types of sessions sometime in the near future!

Your normal sessions will again take place in the new year from January the 3rd at the Yoga centre, and at the Dean Close Centre on January the 4th, both of these are at the usual times, where we will be starting to teach your new syllabus!

So have a great New Years Eve’s celebration, and remember if you are out and about in the town centers then be careful and be aware!
