YouTube

Well it’s been seven days since our last blog, a long time in the Wisewarrior world and much has happened. Our transformation from techno-dinosaur to cyber-wiz is picking up a pace! For those who regularly check the http://www.wisewarrior.co.uk site out, you will now see Twitter and YouTube links added, 21st Century or what!!!

This new You Tube clip, which can be reached by following the links from the wisewarrior site or via the Facebook sites, shows the type of peaceful and artful sword that we will all be working towards on our October ‘Art of Sword’ workshop.
As you can see Tim San, Richard San and Hayley san are the stars of the film, we couldn’t get Tor San, our other great swordsman at short notice, but he has promised to be there for the workshop!
But I think special mention should be given to Andrew San who edited and created this wonderful film from just a few minutes of video tape, as well composing the amazing music, all this with just talent and an Apple computer!

By the way, any of you who would like to commission us to take an action shot of you doing martial arts for your Facebook page then please come and see us, with over 50 years of martial arts experience Tim San and Richard San know how to take a great picture!

Twitter

So as well as the Facebook page we will now be using our Twitter account as our main news feed for upcoming events, updates, lesson time changes even lesson plans in which you may need to bring weapons or any other special kit etc.
Once again our knowledge of this is starting at zero, so thank you to all those who helped us with this new feed, and have ‘liked’ the wisewarrior page, now if you could help us by following us on twitter.com@_wisewarrior

Well done to all you students who have booked their free place at the Art of Sword Workshop in October, I hope you have checked out our new video on the website?!
Remember time is running out, so if you still wish to attend this event, and there are still some places, then you will just need to follow the links to our Facebook pages and book there.
All these FB pages will be used more in the future for the posting of photos and video clips of the instructors and demo team in action. They will also be used as a means for our students to book into the future workshops and seminars. Remember if you use these to book your places then they will be at a reduced rate, or even for free! At the moment we are planning a Zen session and Nunchuka workshops, so if you don’t want to miss out, become a ‘friend’ or ‘tweet us’!!
