Ladies Self defence

Back in 2011 we were approached and asked about the possibility of organising a Ladies Self defence course. We are delighted to let you all know that we’ve recently heard from this group again, and should be going ahead with this workshop! We will be looking for some ‘volunteers’ to help out with the course, so If any of you want to be involved in this, it promises to be a great (if somewhat painful) event, but as always a lot to to learn and maybe things you could pass on to your own partners.
